TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT

This project was conducted by the "Partners In Service Avenue" of RC Birla College on September 09, 2022.

To improve our managerial skills while handling the traffic during the festival of Ganesh Chaturthi.

1) Rotaract Club Birla College , Rotary Club of Kalyan, Rotaract Club of Kalyan Central, Rotaract Club of Kalyan Diamonds, and Rotaract Club of Kalyan West collaborated on project traffic management.

2) The project was carried out over two days, on September 7th and 9th September, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. During the project, proper precautions were taken.

3) At 4:00 PM, all Rotaractors and Rotarians gathered at the place. The project involved roughly 40 rotaractors and 30 rotarians in all.

4) The Rotary Club provided all participants hats and whistles to help with traffic management.

5) Later, the teams were formed, and everyone was assigned to different areas to manage the traffic. All of the participants were quite enthusiastic and handled the traffic extremely well.

6) Following that, all participants participated in nirmalya collecting, with the goal of promoting an eco-friendly waste management procedure during Ganeshotsav.

7) Kalyan Police Inspector made a special appearance as the Guest of Honor and expressed his support for the programme.

8) The Rotary Club of Kalyan presented gratitude certificates to all participants.
